Happy new year to all of our subscribers! We hope that this year will be filled with success and prosperity. Looking back at the month of December, it's fair to say that we ended the year with a bang. We had two very successful virtual events, the Virtual Summit on Just Transition followed by our Global Youth Forum on Climate Change.

In January 2021, we are right back to work! While we navigate our way through the existing COVID-19 guidelines in trying to plan out our field work and project activities, we have also begun working on a few new exciting initiatives, some of which are a first for SLYCAN Trust. We are pleased to branch out in to newer and current areas of discussion in order to solidify our stance as a civil society organisation as well as to learn and contribute more to important discussions.
